Return-Exchange Policy


RETURNS;

Our return policy lasts TEN (10) days from when you receive your purchase. If over TEN (10) days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return of any kind.

There are no refunds on the packing and shipping involved in getting your shipment to you or back to us. All of that money went to the shipping companies and they did their job. Any shipping costs incurred to get the merchandise to you by us will be deducted from any refunded amount.

We strongly recommend that you use the original packing and shipping materials that your items were shipped to you in. It is totally your responsibility to return the merchandise to us undamaged.for any adjustment. If you think you need additional packing materials or new boxes to assure safe shipping we advise you provide them. We also advise you purchase insurance to cover any loss that may occur during shipping.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
